As a Junior Accountant/Accountant your main responsibilities will include:

• Verifying if documents fulfill legal and fiscal requirements
• Posting purchase invoices and/or processing bank statements
• Creating and controlling payments
• Supporting current accounting processes with Finnish language
• Working with different accounting systems

What we would like from you?

• Previous experience in the accounting and/or education in the accounting, finance, economics, mathematics or related
• Written and spoken communication skills in Finnish and English
• Practical knowledge of MS Office
• Very good self-organization and target orientation skills
• Accuracy and thoroughness
• Ability to cope with time pressure
• Commitment, positive attitude, willingness to learn and team work
Additional assets (nice to have, but not necessary):
• Bachelor or Master degree in Finance and Accounting
• SAP and/or MS Dynamics NAV experience
• Experience in Basware IP/Alusta usage
• VBA skills

3) your personal data shall be processed for current and/ or future recruitment process, based on the given consent (Article 6(1)a of GDPR). At any time, you have the right to revoke your consent, with no impact on compliance with processing law, which was done pursuant to the consent before it was revoked.
4) your personal data shall be internally available for: recruiters, management, IT for IT maintenance/ hosting and externally for: service provider for IT maintenance/ hosting and data destruction.
5) if you have agreed for your personal data to be processed for the current recruitment process, those shall be stored till the end of this recruitment process. if you have agreed for your personal data to be processed for the future recruitment process, those shall be stored for the period no longer than 12 months.
6) transfer of your data to third party or to international organization is not planned
7) your data is not used for automatic decision making, profiling included; no automatic decisions are made
8) there is no legitimate interest resulting from Article 13(1) d of GDPR
9) you have the right to access your data, correct them or have them removed. Requesting the deletion of your data is tantamount to resignation from the participation in the recruitment process run by Norian Accounting Sp. z o.o. 10) you have the right to file a claim to the President of Data Protection Office if your data are processed in an unlawful way.
11) providing data included in your application documents is voluntary, nevertheless is a prerequisite for applying to work.
